Promised a Non-Smoking room, Beds Hard

Pros: Room size
Cons: Provide the room promised. If not compensate for the problem, late check out
I was promised a Non-Smoking room and when I arrived, none was available. I cancelled another reservation because this was suppose to be Non-Smoking I was placed in a smoking room. Thought I could possibly get a late check out for the problem...NO WAY wanted me to pay 1500 yen($15) for an hour. Got to the room, beds & room were OK size for Tokyo, but beds were Hard as a rock! View...a brick wall 2 feet away. Hard to find at night, but come morning was a good location. Staff later brought by a air purifier/humidifier to help will room smell. Breakfast was not worth it.

better than expected

Stayed for four days and didn't want to leave.  Great location,  clean,  friendly staff,  and even supplied clean pajamas every night. Starbucks right around the corner if the fresh coffee I'm the lobby isn't enough.
