The location of this property is excellent. Centrally located and only a few minutes to walk to the Shibuya Scramble but yet it is in a quieter area. You can walk everywhere in Shibuya so you can't really beat this location. The downside is there is no driveway for taxis to stop. The taxi just stops at the side of the street. Our taxi driver didn't know where to stop so we had to jump over a low fence to get back on the side walk. However there is an opening closer to the intersection near the traffic lights. One important thing to consider is that it is located right next to the train tracks. There are no trains that run between 12 am to 6 am. There will be noise but unless you are a light sleeper it should be acceptable. However, i would ask for either a higher floor or to face Miyashita Park for a quieter room. Note that the triple bed room is at the corner next to the tracks so ask for a higher floor. The picture you see online is actually floor 4. The park is a rooftop park that is mostly concrete. No much facilities other than a cafe, restaurant and a roof top restaurant.

A fantastic location connected to MIYASHITA park and just a block from the Shibuya train station and Shibuya square shopping center. The hotel itself was stark, a modern take on a minimalist hotel room. We had a great view in a corner room, but it was a very odd shape so not as spacious as you’d hope.

Great Location, But Disappointing Service The hotel’s location was excellent, but that’s about where the positives ended. Our room was on the 7th floor, and the noise from the train tracks was very noticeable—especially at night, making it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was delicious, but the service left much to be desired. The staff weren’t welcoming and often seemed dismissive. At the entrance, a sign stated that guests should present their room number and wait for assigned seating. However, after giving my room number, I was left standing awkwardly with no direction. Eventually, I had to ask, only to be told to “sit anywhere” with a vague gesture. Additionally, the breakfast menu leaflet mentioned a promotion where leaving a review would earn a free latte. When I inquired about it, the staff member quickly dismissed it, saying, “No, no need to pay extra,” without acknowledging what was clearly written. This lack of clarity and engagement from the staff was disappointing. Overall, while the location and breakfast were good, the noise issues and unhelpful service made the stay less enjoyable than expected.

I am a late riser, and stayed on the west side, so I started my days with the sound of trains. All in all, it added to the experience of waking up in Shibuya. And in a building that seems to attract a lot of working and networking professionals.
