We stayed in one of the Artists Rooms, it was very beautiful and unique. The staff mentioned our pervious stay and welcome us back. The one thing negative is the bar & restaurant doesn’t stay open past 10 pm, so night cap to finish a wonderful evening in Tokyo.

Tokyo Tower View

Fabulous view of Tokyo city lights and watching trains moving endlessly from 33 rd floor was quite nice. Room was very good size. Clean and hotel staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Some art works in the room was pretty and calming.

Quite a beautiful hotel. Falls apart because of staff. Not very welcoming, but super enthuiastic for you to check out by noon. To the point of being rude. English skills are quite awful. Art rooms are great, but all rooms are small.

Comfortable with a great view of the Tokyo Skyline

When I booked the vacation through Travelocity, I specified 2 adults and 2 children 9 years and 11 years. Usually the hotel would have 2 queen (or at least double) beds that could comfortably fit the four of us. When we checked into the hotel, the desk clerk looked at the 4 of us and asked, "Four???" We took a look at the room, and there was no way that even two kids would fit into one of their beds, let alone 2 adults or an adult and a child. There was also no space in the room for a cot. We ended up paying almost full rack rate for an extra room, which erased all savings we had making a booking through Travelocity.  Not the fault of the hotel, but Travelocity should have at least parameters that show that two 3-foot wide beds would not fit a family with 2 kids, even if they are under 12!! Big fail on the part of Travelocity. The hotel itself is wonderful - great location, comfortable, friendly service, and mostly English speaking staff. At booking, we opted for an upgraded corner room which has huge windows and a great view of the city. The second (expensive) room we got was tiny, had a tiny window, and cramped for two adults. The hotel is right next to the Shiodome subway station, and walking distance to the much larger Shimbashi station. Food is plentyful within 10mins walk, so we only ate breakfast the first morning at the hotel while orientating ourselves in Tokyo. As the Tsukiji Fish market is just 15 mins walk away, and breakfast there starts at 3am in the morning, jetlagged vacationers will find the Park Hotel Tokyo to be a great location to explore Tokyo from.

The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent

I traveled with my family of 5 and we all enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is centrally located and the staff is very knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was OK but costs about $20. There is more afordable food at the nearby train station. Also seven eleven two blocks away has excellent snacks.

Good hotel to stay in Tokyo

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Nice and clean hotel in Tokyo. Breakfast buffet is $2500 yens (about $30 us ) which is not included. This buffet is more for Asian travelers. Very few options that normally you find in American buffet. There are 2 subway stations close by so traveler can move all over easily.

Yes, you can bring the Kids

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, great for kids
I stayed here for a week recently. I traveled with my wife and two small children ages 5 and 8. I picked the Park Hotel because of its location and reputation. I was pleased with the room size. Not quite "US Sized" but a Premium Twin was just big enough, had a 32 inch Panasonic with a HDMI input that allowed me to tranquilize the kids with dozens of .mkv movie files. The internet connection (I brought my own LAN to WAN adapter but they will loan you one) was good enough to allow me to make voip phone calls, stream some movies from my Sling Box and download a free game from Steam. The location is, to my mind perfect. Not as much hustle and bustle and after 1830 hrs, quiet. If you want the silliness, it's a 500 meter walk to Shimbashi JR station and Square and the Ginza is just beyond. Literately attached to the building (Level 3) is the Yurikamome Shiodome Station (You're in Shiodome, dummy) which can take you pilotlessly to Odaiba for some shopping, museums and plenty of room for two kids to run around. In the basement is the Family Mart convenience store (where you will be eating if you try traveling with two bottomless pits) and the subway station. The much discussed vie de France is located in the Shiodome City Center building (Level three, across the bridge, turn left, down 2 escalators, straight ahead through a pair of really cool rotating doors, viola! You in France!) We understand that there are many luxury amenities that are available to you here at the Park. I'm sure they are quite nice. However, we chose to hustle ourselves through the lobby with a minimum of fanfare and disturbance. There's a bunch of Tokyo out there to be seen. No matter where they stuff you, the view from your room will make your trip worth it. And please, for g_ds sake, I don't care HOW hot it is leave the shorts at home men. It's a business area dudes.

Great Hotel and Location

We stayed two weeks and were so happy to return to the Park Hotel every night. Courteous staff stylish hotel and walking distance to the Ginza Tsukiji Fish Market and most importantly a number of different train lines. We didnt use the hotels bars restaurants or spa. But we did enjoy the beautiful view 30th story views. Highly recommended. In fact were going back next year.
