Very clean and comfortable stay at the property. They have no bell boys to help you with your luggage. Requested for additional pillows but they said they didn't have any. Stayed for 8 nights in discomfort. Not pleased about that.

Conveniently located close to all the shopping in Ginza. Hotel was nice, rooms were clean and a decent size. I think this hotel is perfect for people who visit Tokyo to shop and enjoy a more upbeat area. The fish market is about a 15 min walk and there are lots of hidden gems all around the hotel.

Superb property just opposite Courtyard Marriott with direct access to Airport Limousine! Trains stations are within 10mins of walk. Tsukiji market and Ginza area are within reach! Definitely a hidden gem that I would gatekeep! Price is high but reasonable as compared to the rest of the properties in the vicinity!
