The best hotel on my trip to Japan

This hotel checks all of the boxes. I absolutely loved my stay here. I will be back next time I'm in Tokyo. For those looking for reliable, comfort in the Ginza area it does the job fantastically. They pay attention to ALL of the details that make for a great stay. Comfy beds, decent pillows, powerful shower heads, sizeable desk area, free coffee, and a long list that goes on and on. Easy, casual and well executed lodging. I particularly loved the scented fabric spray in the closet area. I didn't have time for laundry and the 90 degree humidity was making some of my clothes unfresh. nice touch!!! Thank you Tokyu Stay for making the end of my trip so delightful.

This is the third Tokyu Stay property I've stayed at. I choose this chain because of the convenience of having a washer & dryer in the room. Their hotels have all been clean and reasonably priced. This location was convenient for flying in and out of Narita as we only needed to take one train. Thank you again for your accommodations Tokyu Stay.

A very comfortable place

It was absolutely amazing. Their was a nice Italian style restaurant attached to the hotel which was open for most of the day. I only stayed for 2 weeks, but it was the best two weeks I had in a long time. I will definitely be going back there. P.S 1 major benefit of this hotel is that it is very close to many stores and train stations.

We used the in room laundry every day since the weather was so hot. The configuration of the bed was bad. If there are 2 people　one gets stuck inside against the wall, and crawling out of the bed without waking the partner is impossible. The amenity was not as good as other Tokyo hotels. Especially they did not have wide range of bath and hygiene items offered. The location is good and is close to the station.

Overall this is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean, bed is good and the hotel reception area is nice. They have a laundry machine in the room which is a huge plus. It works great and google translate helps if you run into questions or problems. There was a microwave, clothing press, hot water pot and deep sink in the room as well. It is very close to Shimbashi train station which has many main lines running through it. Easy to get around just about anywhere in Tokyo from here. Another plus is there are lots of restaurants and kobinis within a few minutes walking distance. With that being said, here are some of the things that could have been better. The room felt cramped with luggage. I realize it’s a trade off for having the ability to do laundry. It’s definitely manageable but has its moments. The staff is friendly and very helpful. But when we asked for a second key to our son’s room, they said no and sited security reasons. This seemed a little strange to me. Problem is you need a key to access the floor and we were on separate floors. It was a little inconvenient to have to go downstairs to exchange things or meet. A second key could have resolved this easily. The other thing was the hallways were not air conditioned. Your walk to and from the elevator was like being in a sauna sometimes. This is a great hotel to stay near the heart of Toyko. Ginza and Shibuya are just a short train ride away.

Staff was very helpful. They even let us check in earlier than scheduled, which is very rare in Japan. Room size was fine for one person. Complimentary coffee at the lobby only starts at 7am. I've stayed two Tokyu Stay hotels on this trip for six nights. The only things I didn't like were: 1) the quality of toilet paper - lol - it's pretty rough & thin, it breaks apart very easily. 2) shampoo & conditioner were too oily for m hair. My hair felt very heavy every time I washed them.
