Very clean room, small as expected (we took the 15sqm room) but sufficient for our needs. It was a great surprise to come out of the train station from the airport and realize it’s less than 5 mins walk to the hotel! The location is very central, lots of Izakayas and restaurants near by, but because it’s so close to the metro you can get literally anywhere in Tokyo. Overall we had lovely stay and would recommend. I did take down one star, as there is an upper train that goes near by and from our room we could hear it till late at night, which I did not know in advance (and I’m not sure you can hear it from every room) - so just be aware and bring ear plugs if needed. But it definitely didn’t affect our trip that much.

Room was dusty even though it had been cleaned. When we told the staff and asked them to clean the room because it was dusty and causing issues with our allergies they tried to charge us to clean the room. I think there was a disconnect with not understanding our request. They then moved up the cleaning date by 2 days to clean the room that day instead. The room was better but not great and still continued to have a "bathroom" smell even though it was cleaned. Unless you're planning on going to the bars in the area there is not much to eat locally. This isn't a fault of the hotel though just the surrounding neighborhood. Very close and walkable to the train station which was a plus. The noise outside was quite load but once we were in the room you could hardly hear it and didn't cause any problems sleeping.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights (October 5–7), & my experience was very mixed. The customer service on my first day was terrible, especially the front desk men working in the afternoon & early evening of 10/5. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and could barely communicate in English. When I asked about storing my luggage for a later date (since I had another reservation for the same week), they made it seem like an inconvenience.When I entered my room, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. I also realized that the room did not include a washer/dryer as advertised on Hotels.com. When I asked about it, I was told I needed to pay an extra 4,000 yen for both nights to have that feature, something that was never mentioned online. As for the toilet smell, they didn’t offer to clean it or even provide cleaning materials, which was really disappointing. The only positive part of my stay was when I called for help with the air conditioner. The staff member who came to my room was polite, attentive, & genuinely tried to help. On 10/10, when I returned to pick up my stored luggage, the front desk man on duty that evening was completely different, very kind, professional, & accommodating. It made me realize how inconsistent the service at this hotel can be. Unfortunately, the rude & arrogant attitude of the earlier front desk men(especially toward a solo female traveler) left such a bad impression that I decided to cancel my later reservation & stayed somewhere else.

The best hotel on my trip to Japan

This hotel checks all of the boxes. I absolutely loved my stay here. I will be back next time I'm in Tokyo. For those looking for reliable, comfort in the Ginza area it does the job fantastically. They pay attention to ALL of the details that make for a great stay. Comfy beds, decent pillows, powerful shower heads, sizeable desk area, free coffee, and a long list that goes on and on. Easy, casual and well executed lodging. I particularly loved the scented fabric spray in the closet area. I didn't have time for laundry and the 90 degree humidity was making some of my clothes unfresh. nice touch!!! Thank you Tokyu Stay for making the end of my trip so delightful.

This is the third Tokyu Stay property I've stayed at. I choose this chain because of the convenience of having a washer & dryer in the room. Their hotels have all been clean and reasonably priced. This location was convenient for flying in and out of Narita as we only needed to take one train. Thank you again for your accommodations Tokyu Stay.

A very comfortable place

It was absolutely amazing. Their was a nice Italian style restaurant attached to the hotel which was open for most of the day. I only stayed for 2 weeks, but it was the best two weeks I had in a long time. I will definitely be going back there. P.S 1 major benefit of this hotel is that it is very close to many stores and train stations.
