Rooms are a decent size and clean. Staff were helpful and spoke English quite well. About a 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Location a little bit out of the main area of Shinjuku so most places required a bit of a walk, but did have a 7-11 and Lawsons close by.

Good stay overall
Stay was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to train station, with a few convenience stores nearby. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Kitchenette was very useful. Cleanliness was average - we found leftover rubbish from tge previous tenant underneath the tables. Pillows were too soft for our liking.

A bit far from the train station but still walkable. 2 things to feedback. The staff wearing gloves to clear the rubbish and using same gloves to hand me new towels! on the 4th day supposed to change bedsheet and vacuum the floor but only bedsheet changed but the floor still dirty.
