In the HEART of Everything Shibuya!!

Location, Location, Location! Service, Service, Service!! I am so glad that i decided to book a few days here while in Tokyo. It is super centrally located to everything in Shibuya including public transport. Completely walkable area, matter of fact JUST WALK! Don’t take a taxi at all, if you want to get around there multiple metros right there as well. The place was immaculate, clean and fun. The overall vibe was just amazing! Would definitely stay again. Be sure to write where you are from from on the window when you get there!

The staff at this property was amazing . It was very clean and modern . Bed was comfy for the small space it was more than enough . Able to keep suitcase under bed and shelving . Showers located on the same floor . Super clean place. Close to all shopping and all the action in shibuya . Lots of dining options . The icing on the cake was the beer hour between 530-630 everyday . Where you meet people from all over who are staying there . All the staff were great but Miu service stood out the most very helpful and friendly . I will definitely return .

Awesome experience and awesome location! Just over a five minute walk from Shibuya station. In the center of everything yet very quiet, I would for sure stay again based on location alone. The pod was cozy, there was a fan which was a nice touch. As a 5’10 woman I had plenty of space for it being a capsule. It was super clean and staff was very kind. I recommend this to anyone visiting tokyo.

I am very impressed by how safe and clean The Millennials is! It’s clean, comfortable and in a great location which so you’re able to walk to everything. It’s also a great place to meet new friends as they have a happy hour everyday and a nice common area to socialize. Highly recommended!

I had the best sleep here at my stay in Tokyo. They had the comfiest bed and I’d say this is a boujee capsule. Note, if you’re coming here with your partner and booked a side by side capsule on the all gender floor, youre not allowed to share the same bed but if you can look past that for one night like we did, you’ll feel the true experience of a Japanese capsule. Downside: we booked an all gender floor to be with each other. I was the only female on this floor. There were men walking out shirtless and in towels which is inappropriate. If you’re a solo female, do book all female floor. If you’re a couple, you may as well book the capsules separate gender since youre not even allowed to stay together

Totally worth it

Great. Staff is really friendly and accommodating. Prices were very worth it. Lots of great amenities. If I ever solo trip back to Japan and stay in this area, I would stay here again.

Excellent capsule hotel right in the middle of Shibuya! My pod felt great to sleep in, and the communal bathroom and shower facilities felt pristinely clean despite frequent use. I also appreciated the online group chat that helped me connect with other guests during my stay. I do wish there was a way to lock up my large luggage for security and peace of mind, but otherwise I would absolutely come back here next time I'm going solo in Tokyo.

We had a great stay at The Millennials. Think of it as a step up from a traditional capsule hotel or a hostel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and there are a lot of nice amenities -- the free happy hour, free toiletries, little snacks, a good espresso/coffee machine, etc. The pods themselves are large for a pod -- each one is floor to ceiling. The screen doesn't do a lot to keep sounds out -- in that way think of it like a hostel where you might be sharing a bunk bed. You can hear everyone around you (I put in earplugs and it was fine). I would just suggest they put in a little shelf next to the bed for all of the things anyone needs to charge these days. The shared bathrooms are very nice and clean. Overall we would definitely stay here again.
