Lovely property a little ways from Shibuya Crossing. The staff were very nice and respectable. The rooms are perfect for couples are single travellers. Plently of space in the room with upgrade to the interior - whilst keeping all of the decor. The lights were located on an old radio box - nice astethic with the rest of the hotel

Good location and very friendly staff. The hotel is older, and the rooms smelled a bit stale. We were able to use air purifiers that took care of it It was a very large room, but we had to leave our key with the front desk, which we did not like doing.

This was the second time staying at the hotel and for some reason, I didn't enjoy it as much as I did the first time around. For starters, I woke up groggy every morning because the pillows were ridiculous. I got headaches from it. Secondly, the staff weren't as nice as they were on my first stay. Also, please please please clean the mold on the bathroom sink! It's literally black mold that you cannot miss when you walk into the bathroom. I'm definitely not going to stay here again.

The staff members at this hotel were excellent. They were professional and friendly. The hotel itself is showing signs of age, but there was a sense of nostalgia. For example, having the actual key verse key card, which had to dropped off each time you left the hotel. My room was fine, but there issues with other two rooms. The bedding had to be changed, as there were two large stains. The other room had issues with the shower and sink. The location was great. It was a few minutes walk from the Shibuya Scramble, but quite. There were a lot of small eateries and good shopping nearby. We were able to go on a pleasant walk in the neighborhood.
