Fabulous place. Quiet area just a short walk from Shibuya scramble crossing. Everything was perfect during our stay. Large room, cleaned and restocked daily. Bath and shower. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The Shibuya Creston Hotel boasts an excellent location and exceptionally friendly service. Housekeeping was attentive, with rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided each day. However, the property itself is quite outdated and in need of major renovation. The furniture and carpets are old and would benefit from replacement. That said, the warm hospitality and convenient location help balance out these shortcomings.

Hotel is completely outdated .key entry that has to be returned to front desk when leaving every time. Room is outdated an smells extremely smokey and i dont smoke which is very nasty to me and my guest traveler ,and we had to leave 5 mins after checking in and no deposits back

Wouldn’t let our friend in the room because he wasn’t a guest there and also did not let us checkout even 10 minutes late the Bed was uncomfortable the TV was so old and only played Japanese and the entire hotel was outdated will never stay here again worst hotel experience in Tokyo so far…

The staff are super helpful. The location is close to Shibuya crossing and everything you need as a tourist but quiet enough to relax after long walks. It’s an excellent place to stay.
