Excellent location for exploring the area. Shinjuko station an easy walk to connect easily to other areas. Hotel itself was great. Although the rooms are quite small, they're well appointed with everything we needed. Bathroom was fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again if i had the chance.

Main attraction is it is a Godzilla hotel. Bathroom is 2 tier bath tub and floor shower. Walkable by 12 to 15 minutes from Shinjuku JR East extrance. Although South East entrance at 20 minutes walking distance is desirable with outside elevator and escalator specially those with heavy suitcases. You cannot miss hotel initially with Cat 3D big billboard atop bldg. Visual from outside East Entrance. Later walk just locate with Godzilla head atop hotel. Lots of restaurants and below hotel is Sizzler Steak house and 711 store. KFC and nearby Quixote Store.
