The hotel was nice looking and centralized near an amazing mall; but, I was disappointed when finding out there was an excessive fee to use the pool. They charge like US$28 per person with a reservation required to access and if you have kids, they can't use it after 6 PM. There were too many restrictions and the guest should not be charged to use the pool services. If I had been informed of this as this was not advertised appropriately, I would not have booked with them. I booked this hotel so my kids could use the pool. Bummer.

Location is great. Next to the mall with food court close at 11pm. Super market in the mall next door and it has electric store, Daiso, Muji and all the big stores in the same mall. 2 metro lines close by within 3 blocks away. Room is clean and decent size as well. I will come back here in the future for sure.

I am giving this hotel two stars because the overall service was very disappointing. Every time we asked for something—such as help with breakfast or simple requests at the front desk—we were met with a firm “no.” Even when we tried to get basic assistance or ask about room-related issues, the reception staff consistently refused to help. We also requested just one extra hour for our checkout time. Even though a large group was occupying many rooms, we only needed one hour for a single room. They still refused unless we paid an additional fee. This really shows a lack of customer service and flexibility at the reception. The only positive part of our stay was the housekeeping. The housekeeper did an excellent job, and the room was always clean and well-maintained. She is the only reason I am not giving a lower rating. Unfortunately, aside from the housekeeping, this hotel does not offer service quality that makes it worth staying here.

the room was spacious and very clean and bright. i didn’t have a view of anything but it was fine. comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. AC and wifi were really good. the staff were friendly and welcoming. check-in and check out were seamless. it was pretty pricey when i stayed. the hotel is connected to a shopping centre which is very convenient if you don’t want to venture out. lots close by within walking distance. there is a shuttle to haneda airport from the hotel. the hotel also offers shuttles to various train stations - i didn’t utilize this service. there is a mini mart across the path, very convenient for snacks and drinks. will recommend
