This is a small discount hotel located in a very convenient area of Shinjuku. They also have a nice onsen spa. The rooms are very small but sufficient for short stays. The main hallways of the hotel on each floor are not heated so the temperature is very cold inside except for the rooms and lobby!

This Hotel is in a area that has many things to do, very walkable, very open neighborhood. Large park right behind the Hotel. Restaurants and stores everywhere. The rooms are small however very functional. If you need a taxi, walk out in front, bam your going.

The hotel is in a great location, and clean but the rooms are very small. Perhaps I’m just accustomed to US standards but I wish I paid more attention the room size before booking. If the room size is not important to you, then its a perfectly fine hotel.

This is a great hotel. A bit on the small side with the rooms but it is still really do-able. Skip the breakfast, they are so close to everything that you are better off venturing out to get food. Also skip the laundry it takes forever and doesn’t dry well even for a small load. Everything else is amazing. The staff is super helpful and speaks English. Would stay there again due to its proximity to shops and food but a little further away from mass crowds

Really great location around the Shinjuku area! The area is also next to the Nichome district making it a very popular nightlife area around the weekend! Always the best place to stay in Shinjuku especially with the spa on the basement level
