The whole locality is bonkers. People, noise, and flashing lights everywhere. Easy to lose your way, and easy to overload your senses. The hotel is an oasis of calm amid this mayhem

Staff should improve their English, but they try to do everything is possible to help you. The Hotel is super clean, Shibuya Crossing is 2 blocks away, a lot of restaurants around, and on the first floor, the green line of the subway is a few meters away; it is a very safe area, there is a room in front of the elevator, in the floor 10 or 9, that have a collection of vinyl disc (a kind of music room) whre you can go and play a vinyl disc.

The staff were great. The rooms were too small for more thsn a one night stay. Most importantly, there absolutely no drawer space. You couldn’t even partially unpack. Remove the refrigerator and tea service and add drawers.
