The Shibuya Stream hotel was amazing. We had a terrific time at the property and in the Shibuya area. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful. The amenities were top notch. My family and I stayed at Shibuya Stream for a December trip to Tokyo and it was PHENOMENAL. It has a lot of little perks like a wide variety of toiletries available in the lobby, loaner umbrellas, on-site self-serve laundry, amazing service and more. The rooms were on the smaller size but with very comfortable mattresses and super soft sheets. We did not have a single complaint and would stay there again anytime!

Great hotel in the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The only thing to note is that this hotel is in a large complex with shopping and transit which is very convenient but can be also be busy and hard to navigate.
