The rooms were a good size. The reception and concierge were very polite and helpful. It was a pleasure to pass through reception, everyone was happy and professional. A great place to stay with easy access to trains, shopping and food.

Excellent location beside train station making very easy access to any part of Tokyo. Staff very helpful especially with luggage transfer. Rooms small, never understand why they fill them with furniture , take out 2 armchairs & unnecessary table & room would have been much more comfortable!,, had to move bed so both of us had access!!!!

Clean room and with full service. Great location near lots of shopping n restaurants nearby. Their buffet downstairs is not to be missed - great quality and visit by lots of locals which tell you something… Will be my first Tokyo hotel choice!

Great hotel! Old-school focused on excellent service and they do deliver it. Room is a nice size. Hotel is very easy to get to from the airports using the limousine bus service. I needed help with transfer from the hotel to the airport and they scheduled a van for us. They have a new laundry area on the 5th floor, which was very useful.

The hotel was conveniently located within Tokyo. It is close to the train station, particularly the JR Yamanote line which hits all of the major city centers. It is also close to shopping & restaurants in Ikebukuro. The hotel is more dated but still elegant and rooms were clean and comfortable. There were several great restaurant and bar options within the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again for future trips!
