Hotel was very clean, it was a little bit overpriced, but a nice hotel. Seem to be more in the business district rather than right in the heart of things in Shinjuku. Probably would not stay there again.

Staff is a bit "cold" but helpful. Room is clean and feel well kept. Toilet is very nice and spacious with standing shower area and a bath tub. Apart from shower cap, amenities were quite complete. Most common amenities are in there and some less common amenities were available in the lobby, including bath salt and hair oil. WiFi was fast. Location is not bad. Very happy with the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Only a short walk away from central Shinjuku, but we appreciated being in a more quiet area. Great amenities and 7Eleven in the hotel was really convenient. Lots of connections to local metro stops and bus stops direct to shibuya

If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would! They went above and beyond for us from communicating with our airline due to delayed baggage, allowing us to check in an entire day late due to flight delays and finally storing our items for us after we checked out that we accidentally left in the safe! Their dedication to excellent hospitality and honesty goes beyond what we have ever experienced in our travels. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Tokyo. We will only be staying in this hotel from now on whenever we visit Japan. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay!

No Amenities! Nothing At all! Location is okay, but not much in the area. Stations near by, but go the Shinjuku mainly. Quiet, but very small room, not 228sqft. Bathroom was nice and water pressure was excellent. Bathroom gifts were very nice. Mattress was very old, and has seen better days. Over all it was a 3 star place. Rooms were nice and quiet. I stayed 10 nights. Overall it was a decent stay, but not even a room to sit in and work or surf online. No Amenities in Any Way!
