Good location for a one night layover before heading to Sapporo. Rock hard pillows so ask for softer ones if that’s important to you. Tiny room and bathroom. Some torn carpets here and there. Literally 11:01 they call the room to see why you’re not downstairs to check out which was a little surprising. Would only stay again for the sake of a layover.

Very convenient location

The location is inside Haneda departures terminal 3, so it is very convenient. 1 minute walking from the room to the terminal for check-in. The bathroom is lacking an extractor fan and so the humidity from a shower doesn't dissipate. The rooms are clean and the staff help with check-in.

Great location, walked out of hotel and straight to drop bags off. Breakfast was nice, check in was very easy and had a room upgrade. Only downside was the bed was rock hard and pillow was uncomfortable. Other than that was great and would stay again

Staff would only refill 1/4 jug of orange juice at a time which kept running out due to the number of people dinning. Very convenient for terminal 3 travel at Haneda

This hotel is fine for a stopover between flights. Great location in terminal 3 very close to check in desks and surprisingly quiet given it is located right on the airport. We didn’t hear noise and slept ok. Room was very basic (to be fair I suspect there are nicer ones if you pay more) and the beds a little hard but we weren’t in them long. Check in was frustrating. It’s all self service but isn’t that efficient as you still need someone to come and help you navigate all the pages. Frankly between travelling you just want an easy in and out so I would prefer checking in at reception rather than a do it yourself job juggling passports and scanning this, that and the other!! Bar and restaurant nice although shut at 10pm which seemed a bit early. In summary it’s a convenient stay.
