Pricey for the size of the rooms, but the staff is very good and the HVAC system works great. Convenient to Tokyo station. Bathrooms are tiny- you need to open the shower door to be able to sit on the toilet.

Probably the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. This was our 4th hotel during a 2 week stay in Tokyo. We picked it due to the proximity to Tokyo station to fly home. It’s quite honestly the first time in my life that I debated just eating the cost and booking a new hotel for the 2nd night. The room was so tight and crowded that you had to walk sideways to get around the bed to get to the bathroom. The bathroom was so small that you had to open the shower doors so you could sit on the toilet. We could have been ok with all of that if the beds weren’t so awful - there also is no other place to sit in the room so any time you have in the room is spent lying on these god awful beds. There is a tiny area in the lobby with beverages with unwelcoming and uncomfortable chairs, so there really is no place at all to rest your body. The location is handy and there are convenience stores very close by for snacks etc. However, the trade off with the beds does NOT make it worth it. Save your sanity and your body and book elsewhere. I had seen a previous review where someone compared it to a hostel and I thought maybe they were exaggerating - they were not. The rest of our Tokyo experience was amazing and hotels were great. Kind of disappointed with myself for booking this as we are now heading home and are sleep deprived and body sore.

The location is great. The room was spacious for Japan. It was clean. Close to Tokyo station. The was the second location we stayed at on our trip in Tokyo. The problem is i am a light sleeper & we going d the room very noisy. Not like you can hear other guests. There we metal sounding creaks we couldn’t find the source of. There were other creaks & thump sounds as well which made sleep hard. So of you are a heavy sleeper this won’t be a problem for you

Close to everything. Great place for our party of 6.. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the little kitchenette for those who are tired of eating out. Love that they have little packets of tea, coffee and facials things at the front desk that you can go down to grab at anytime. Would totally recommend.

This hotel is located at a very key area since the Tokyo train station is only one block away. Lots of shopping within the train station. The hotel is small and clean, staff very professional and the only downside was the shower and size of the room (very small). I guess it's a thing on Jspan, because now we're in Kyoto and it's the same. I highly recommend this place if you don't mind a small room👍
