Never again!

Considering the price I paid per night, I was expecting more, but it felt like all they cared about was the money coming in with almost non-existent customer service. It felt like they were gouging me. In addition, I slipped in the bathtub while showering , but they did not care after I reported it to them. Instead, they kept calling to let me know the room needed to be vacated and cleaned, when the fall was the reason for the delay. Never again!

My husband and I stayed here for several nights and were thrilled to be upgraded to a junior corner suite on the 34th floor, which had the most amazing city views. The shower room was spacious and the toilet area had wonderful features. Very comfortable king bed and nice living room. The staff was terrific and we appreciated the close proximity to Tokyo Station. Also walking distance to Imperial Palace and restaurants. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is just footsteps from Tokyo station; ideal location for easy access to Shinkansen trains. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is extremely clean with thoughtful amenities including comfortable pajamas. The breakfast buffet has a wide assortment of delicious Western and Japanese options. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Very conveniently located near Tokyo Station and the room had stunning views of the train tracks and Tokyo especially at night. We travelled with 2 children (6&8) and the riom despite being small had everything that was needed to make our first trip to Tokyo special. The location of this hotel was a bonus as it provided us with several options for bus, trains and tours all within walking distance.

Staff was excellent but the room had a foul smell. Staff was willing to change our room but the other rooms also had the same smell so we stayed in the original room for a week. Purchased febreze that work on the carpet, and we could tolerate the odor.

The lobby is magnificent. The rooms are a lot smaller than they appear online. The bathroom was a very traditional Japanese style which was surprising given the rating of the hotel. Bathroom smelt musty if the fan wasn’t on.

Great location for transportation and food (inside Tokyo station and around), attractions and sights were 35 mins or less. Great amenities inside the room but the room had a musty smell.
