Good location. Just steps to Tokyo Station. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The only thing needs to be fixed is the window. Condensation water noted around the window, quite a lot. I thing the insulation is compromised.

The room was was small but adequate. The amenities were great. I stayed on the 34th floor renovated room and it was a nice cozy retreat. The restaurant in the hotel was lovely.
