Typically I love this place. The rooms the food and proximity to things. But our last day, I was met with a lot of rudeness. Certain staff members concierge were quite rude toward me. I understand o don’t fit the ideal “look” for what they might want to stay with them, being from LA we have very relaxed style. But that is not a reason to look down on your customers.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable and the shower was the best we had while traveling all over Japan. Very convenient location. The breakfast served in the Atrium was lovely. My only complaint is that they charge extra for the use of their onsen.

This was our second time staying at Tokyo Station. Marie and the concierge team set us up for success before travel and helped make Kevin's birthday memorable. The breakfast buffet team (Chefs, Servers, Head Servers) help start the day off on a solid foot. THe housekeeping team did an amazing jon keeping the room clean and stocked with the appropriate amenities that we used throughout the trip. Looking forward to coming back in 2028!
