This my 2nd stay at the property and once again, the staff has exceeded my expectation in service. Both Marie Antoinette Mori san and Namiko Hisakura san have been assisting me in restaurant bookings and my Saphir Odoriko train ticket bookings before I left Singapore and everything was in place by the time I arrived in Tokyo. It made my vacation a hassle-free experience and I am truly grateful for their assistance. Congratulations to the hotel for having such efficient and thoughtful staff - truly service excellence!

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable with a spotless well-designed bathroom. The location was perfect: next to the train station and subway (and you couldn't hear anything inside your room). We chose not to do the breakfast plan but had breakfast in the hotel twice-which I highly recommend. It was expansive and delicious. Best of all are the concierges who had great recommendations, got us reservations at at wonderful restaurants and helped us plan oour routes.

Breakfast offers so many kaiseki style dishes in a buffet style. I enjoyed more than 15 small plates. Quality and tastes are more than superb. You will understand that they Are trying to be the best thing in each You have Japanese corner and western style corner. If you want to stick to ordinary Western style hotel breakfast, you can do so at the highest level also. Waiters are so polite and friendly. You feel as if you wrre a king.
