By far our best hotel we stayed in Japan. Our room is spacious, bed mattresses are comfortable and we had good rest every night. Will definitely return in the future.

It was the perfect place to stay since we wanted to be close to Disneyland and also close to Tokyo. It was so quiet and extremely safe. I would stay here again if I visit again.

Right beside Kasai Station, so it is 20_30min to Tokyo Station. There are many affordabke Restaurants in the area, all 3 main Kombini's, Pachinko Hall. There are several playgrounds at nearby Parks, if you at travelling with kids. But do not wear white around dusk and on, as that is when the mosquitos come out to eat.

Check in and out were both super easy. Just a few blocks from Kasai Station on the Tokyo Meteo Tozai Line. (Blue- T17) It may seem like a little ways off because it is near Chiba, but it is only 20min to Otemachi Station, which is right beside Tokyo Station, so great access to the Shinkansen as well!

Small, but convenient and cozy

We love our stay at Minn Kasai! Our room was small but super cozy and had everything we needed. The very best thing about this hotel is having a mini vacuum to dust out everything. I never see that in hotels before and think every where should have one. Everything is walking distance. You’re facing a 24hrs grocery store so never run out of things you needed. Did I mention that it’s very small? I don’t think an average American would find it comfortable. More than 3 Americans would feel like you’re bumping into one another.

My trip started with the hotel making me pay an additional fee because I didn’t mention I had a third person. The hallways are 80 degrees and super humid. Also 50% of the rooms are set up like a motel instead of a hotel. You still have to walk through the lobby but you then have to exit to an exterior hallway. The room was average, nothing to write home about.

We had a great experience. Easy checkin and checkout. Near a train station and alot of restaurants around. Doesn’t provide toiletries like any other hotels in Japan that we’ve been, so you must bring yours.

Exceptional hotel on a budget

Excellent place especially when traveling with children. Close to many good restaurants, subway, Disneyland etc. Very clean and we'll maintained propertybfor a great price.
