Disappointing reception
We were disappointed that when we arrived exhausted at 10am they want £30 to let us into our room and even then not till 1pm so only 2 hours early. We went off to see a garden and came back at 2.20 when they told us that even though our room was ready we couldn’t go into it without paying the £30 until 3pm. If we were staying just 1 night I might understand but we were staying 4 nights and would have expected a little more goodwill. We were going to stay another 4 nights at the end of March but have changed to another hotel for this reason. The room was clean though not much space to put our cases and clothes. The location was excellent

Central clean hotel
Nice modern Hotel in the middle of Tokyo. You can see and hear the Shinkanzen from you window. Better request a window to the back. Using the japanese Sauna is a must, they charge just $7. Very modern and clean, but a typically Tokyo hotel, 250 sqft! Will be back next time

Nice hotel in good location
The hotel is near the train station and it is surrounded by many restaurants. Room is big, clean and comfortable. There was a one time complimentary spa usage per pax for each room.

Super helpful staff and the facilities are definitely better than most hotels. Location was great, close to 3 train stations so it was easy to navigate around Tokyo. Highly recommend!
