I arrived at 6 in the morning to check in and was told the room will be ready by 2pm, when we returned at 3pm the room was still not ready and told to wait until 4pm, the staffs were not helpful at all and didn’t offer any directions for us even when we asked that we would like to pay for a spa session while we wait. I have always been a traveler for both business and pleasure, this is the worst experience ever for my travel

Great service and very clean and comfortable shin-edo single room. The wooden hinoki bath was just thenright touch. Fantastic restaurant Satsuki for breakfast buffet. Would be great if the hotel allowed delivery drivers(e.g. uber) to deliver in front of the hotel lobby and not at the curbside down the hill where patrons nèed to walk to.

Our room was a little dated, and the breakfast buffets were pretty monotonous/bland after eating it for a few days. Some of the restaurants were good, but pricey.
