The rooms were small but adequate. They are located near the red light district with plenty of bars and restaurants. Lots to see and do over there. No gym or pool. The breakfast was good with a mix of Japanese and American cuisine. Washing machine was a big plus.

This was an amazing hotel! Great and very friendly staff, extremely clean and having laundry in the room was a lifesaver. During our stay in Japan we stayed in 4 hotels and this was the only hotel where we ate breakfast everyday because it was so good. There were so many options for great food and everything was very well prepared. Already planning another trip back and will stay at Tokyu Stay!

Great apartment! We paid for the larger room and was well worth, loads of space to organise our stuff, and a really great bathroom. Washing machines were super easy to use. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great for Shinjuku, between two stations and near the busy city, but on a quiet road with stores nearby. 100% recommend.

Very nice for 3 star. Good room size for Tokyo. The hotel is right on a main street, and our room was at the front, so we experienced a lot of street noise at night. Apparently t is near two hospitals, and so ambulance sirens are particularly annoying (it seems that Tokyo ambulances have their siren on all the time when on a call); this is obviously not something the hotel can do anything about. Bath+shower combo – good water pressure and temperature. Buffet breakfast OK for the price, but only 3800 Yen ;-) Fridge small-middling size = useful but not huge. Aircon seems to have a bit of a mind of its own but mostly works. Staff very helpful with varying levels of English, such as booking taxi for us. Washing machine buttons in Japanese, and instructions in English not great – muddled through with help of Google Translate.

Comfortable quiet. Had nice longer stay amenities such as in room washer dryer, small kitchen area with kettle refrigerator and a table / 2 chairs. Next to Higashi Shinjuku M for E F lines and close enough to M. Markets next door.
