This hotel is steps from Shibuya Crossing and our room was on the 19th floor. Great view. The concierge selected a sushi restaurant for us and it was fantastic. The subway, Starbucks, shopping and restaurants are all close by.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and a decent size. The AC unit was powerful but blew directly over the bed which I am not a fan of. The feel of the hotel is a bit ‘tired’. Good location to travel around Shibuya on foot.
