Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and a decent size. The AC unit was powerful but blew directly over the bed which I am not a fan of. The feel of the hotel is a bit ‘tired’. Good location to travel around Shibuya on foot.

Friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out! I forgot something in the safe when I left and they were able to accommodate a pick up by some friends of mine who were still in Tokyo. Cute spot, quiet, walkable, and a coffee shop on the first floor.

Very dated hotel and not worth the high price. The breakfast was really poor. The bed and pillows were hard and extremely uncomfortable. The staff were friendly and were helpful.
