"sufficient"
hey! I stayed at the shinjuku grand bell Hotel for a tattol of 7days. I only used the hotel for about 5-7hours a day and that was to sleep and freshen up. Over all it's a good place. Just during my stay they where remodeling the balcony and bar. It's still open for service but it's and inconvenience how you can't see the view of the city and get the full experience.

"Comfortable with a great view of the Tokyo Skyline"
When I booked the vacation through Travelocity, I specified 2 adults and 2 children 9 years and 11 years. Usually the hotel would have 2 queen (or at least double) beds that could comfortably fit the four of us. When we checked into the hotel, the desk clerk looked at the 4 of us and asked, "Four???" We took a look at the room, and there was no way that even two kids would fit into one of their beds, let alone 2 adults or an adult and a child. There was also no space in the room for a cot. We ended up paying almost full rack rate for an extra room, which erased all savings we had making a booking through Travelocity.  Not the fault of the hotel, but Travelocity should have at least parameters that show that two 3-foot wide beds would not fit a family with 2 kids, even if they are under 12!! Big fail on the part of Travelocity. The hotel itself is wonderful - great location, comfortable, friendly service, and mostly English speaking staff. At booking, we opted for an upgraded corner room which has huge windows and a great view of the city. The second (expensive) room we got was tiny, had a tiny window, and cramped for two adults. The hotel is right next to the Shiodome subway station, and walking distance to the much larger Shimbashi station. Food is plentyful within 10mins walk, so we only ate breakfast the first morning at the hotel while orientating ourselves in Tokyo. As the Tsukiji Fish market is just 15 mins walk away, and breakfast there starts at 3am in the morning, jetlagged vacationers will find the Park Hotel Tokyo to be a great location to explore Tokyo from.

"Very convenient hotel to anywhere in Japan!"
Was on a trip through the West (Kansai) portion of Japan. Came in the evening via Shinkansen from Kyoto and found the hotel; it was very easy to find, just go straight from the station exit. The view from the 15th floor was amazing as I was able to get a view of Tokyo Tower lit up at night. I would recommend trying for it as the view is amazing on that side compared to the other, more modest view of urban Japan. The staff was very polite and didn't hesitate to assist me when I was checking in, going to the lounge, checking out, and dropped my bags off for the day before leaving. Shinagawa station (closest station to the hotel) is a hub for the Shinkansen mentioned earlier (high speed bullet train) that connects Tokyo to greater mainland Japan. It is a two stop trip to return to Narita Airport. The station is also a major artery for many subway lines and if that wasn't enough, it's a quick 13 minute ride to Shibuya, one of the next biggest station hubs. Overall the room was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful, and location is ideal for traveling anywhere in mainland Japan.

"Great location!"
My family and I agree, when we come back to visit Tokyo (and we will!) we can't think of a better place to stay than the Cerulean Towers Tokyu. The room we stayed in (we stayed on the 26th floor (King + Guest Bed) was large and had an amazing view of the city, with the same view from the bathtub. Best of all was the location of the hotel which was about a 8-10 minute walk to the Shibuya Crossing and lots of places to eat and shop. A 4-minute walk from the hotel would also take you to the Shibuya train station. There is also the convenience of having a 7-11 store right inside the hotel for 24/7 convenience. I'm sure there are cheaper places to stay in Tokyo, but this hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for our family.

"The staff are friendly and even with a language barrier, were quite willing to help."
As far as amenities go in the hotel, you don't really get much unless you're in the higher costing rooms. Though on a trip to Tokyo, I was out most of the time, I found out about the amenities when I decided to explore the hotel. What's accessible for the majority of the patrons are the slow style gym which has trainers readily available... but was awkward since when i poked my head in to check it out no one was there and all the trainers were staring at me. The back of the hotel had a nice area to walk around. It was cold... but still nice. It'd be even more awesome during the warmer months when it's not raining. One thing to note though since I did forget, there is a paper on the desk when you first get into your room about a greener cleaning procedure. If you opt for that, they come clean you're room on a fixed schedule: On the 3rd day then every second from then on. Every day that your room is not cleaned it says you get a voucher for 500 yen to spend around the surrounding area/hotel.

"One of the most prestigious hotels that I know."
The main hotel is under construction, which will be completed in 2019. The annex I stayed was great with beautiful shopping arcade and restaurants. I look forward to staying in the new hotel. I satisfied my stay very much there, although my friends and I had to change our plan due to one of the typhoons hit Tokyo.

"Good location, close to transit"
Hotel Niwa is walking distance from the Tokyo Dome and Tokyo Dome City and 2 train stations (Suidobashi and Jimbocho) are a few blocks away. There are tons of restaurants and small bars along the main street a block away. The neighborhood seemed safe and clean (it's right next to a university and a high school) and I never felt insecure or lost. The staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable and the hotel itself is very very clean. The rooms might feel small, by American standards, but they're fine. I had a Full+ size bed in my room, a wall mounted TV, and a desk and closet. The bathroom felt a little cramped, but the fixtures seemed new and the place was extremely clean.
