"Very nice hotel, convenient access to Shinjuku"
Located right next to "Central Park" in Shinjuku - nice area to go jogging. Ten minutes walk from Shinjuku station, and a shuttle bus that goes every 20 minutes. My room was very comfortable, with a pleasant view over the Park. A very enjoyable two day stay. The breakfast was great, with very prompt service and a wide selection of western and japanese cuisine. If you are coming from Narita, the shuttle bus takes 90mins-1 hour. Alternatively, take the Narita Express to Shinjuku station and then the free hotel bus to the hotel. Fastest - take the skyliner to Nippori then the Yamamoto line to Shinjuku - this takes just 1 hour total if you are lucky with the changes.

"Short visit"
I decided to visit Tokyo on a whim; after a horrendous flight involving flight cancellations, flight delays, misconnections and lost baggage... it was a relief to check into the hotel with no problems. The concierge was excellent in giving me directions to the shuttle and department stores where I could buy the necessities. The lobby staff spoke English and were very polite when I tried to speak Japanese. I was surprised by the size of the room, it was larger then I expected for Tokyo. My only complaint is that I happened to see the message light when my luggage was finally delivered. I would have also liked to have heard the phone ring. The hotel restaurants are expensive but I recommend the Sunday brunch! I opted for that before I left for the airport and left stuff. I have Hilton Honors so I did have free wireless internet connection in my room. I will most likely return here.

"This hotel was perfect!"
This hotel had it all - perfect location and impeccable staff and service. The hotel sits 30 floors above an office building so the views are magnificent, especially from our room. The lobby has an almost 360 view. We received perfect service (coming from a hospitality background, it's virtually impossible to impress me with regards to service). The Front Desk staff was always friendly and the Concierge went above and beyond to provide us with directions (step by step with pictures) and was helpful in suggesting restaurants and making reservations. Within a block from the hotel is the metro system, shopping and restaurants. Tokyu Hands and Takashimaya are across the walkway. Starbucks, Krispy Kremes and McDonalds and restaurants are also very easily convenient!! Overall, I can't think of a more positive and pleasant stay at a hotel and I highly recommend this hotel.

"Absolutely the BEST hotel I've ever stayed at!!!"
My friend and I went to Tokyo for a 2 week vacation back in July. Needless to say, this hotel caught our attention and we wanted to stay here for our vacation. Let me just say, that we were INSANELY happy with our stay. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean, the view was simply breathtaking of the tower right outside of our room, and there was a lot of stuff to do in general at the hotel. Staff spoke English very well, and they made us feel very comfortable that we were staying there. In the end, I could write several pages about our hotel experience, but in short, I will just say this. If you ever consider a hotel in downtown Tokyo, absolutely consider this hotel. I know we will definitely stay here again if we ever can go back to Tokyo. :)

"convenient location and spacious rooms"
We stayed at the Cerulean for five nights, after deciding to extend our stay in Tokyo. The front desk staff were exceedingly hospitable and upgraded our room for the second half of the stay when we had to switch rooms to a lower floor. Both rooms had amazing views over the city and were the biggest of any hotel we stayed in during our two week trip. We had two negative experiences- first was our experience having a late dinner in the lobby floor restaurant after we checked in. Our server seemed to have no idea how to open or serve a bottle of wine. Second, the top floor bar is completely filled with smokers and while there is a "non-smoking" section, it is not really far enough away from the bar to make a difference. We couldn't take the smell, so sadly we did not get it enjoy the view up there.
