The staff member just seemed annoyed and bothered to have to tell us and check us in but I think it is just a common accurance and she might have been more annoyed with the process. The only thing that actually bothered me about the place was that we were not able to go see the Godzilla statue because of work or maintanance but we booked the hotel for this reason. We were not warned it would be closed. However everything else is very convenient and great about the hotel and staff. The location is so fun and they had a lot of cute areas and services available like a fun cafe and sitting area. I will definantly stay here again."
