AC operation satisfactory.. Room cleaning daily outstanding. A big shout out to house keeper from Nepal fort her positive, professional and friendly attitude! Namaste! Before checking out we asked for help from the front desk concerning Airporter luggage pick up. The employee was not knowledgeable about the issue and we were helped to navigate the phone to succeed.. howerever..at one point the gentleman told my wife that usually the customers handle that themselves. I felt that was an inappropriate comment. If one does not know how to help.. one should get someone else to help the customer instead of saying that! Please don't be too harsh on the person responsible. : )

The room was great, small but fine for one person traveller. 2 would be crowded but doable. luggage fits under the bed to free up floor space. I was on the top floor (20th) and the view out the window was amazing! clean room, bed is good, bathroom has everything you need! Didn’t make it to the onsen (got tattoos) but it was never busy. The TV has great info and current movies and i really appreciated having matcha tea rather a tea bag. The area was in part of the Korean area and on the edge of hostess clubs. Going for a walk after breakfast around 7am you’ll see some locals passed out on the ground from partying night before. Wasn’t expecting that. Area a bit dirty with garbage on street. I didn’t feel unsafe, but i didn’t walk outside by myself after 8pm, walked with others. Overall, i would recommend as it was a nice quiet stay and felt safe staying in the hotel. Staff were friendly.

I stayed 5 total days, the room is small...but it works if your trip is short and you don't have a large suitcase. It's located about 15 minutes from Shinjuku Main Station, and 5-minute walk from Higashi-Shinjuku Station. Lots of food options, and close to the heart of Shinjuku. Great for a solo traveler/couple.

The Hotel was great itself the rooms are a lil bit small but very comfortable everything is around you so you don’t have to travel far to eat shop etc … Only downside I had was the Staff the first set of Staff was awesome took care of everything if I needed something but the night staff was kind of rude mostly the two at the end they spoke English to whom they wanted to speak it to and if u ask for manager they would act like they don’t understand you even when you translate other then them two the stay there was great breakfast was great just get there before 730 because it gets really crowded

This is a very good hotel for foreigners. They help me check in ever step of the way and the staff was very helpful. The area is a little poor by Japanese standards. But it should be fine for a short visit or if you just want to party in Shinjuku then it’s great.

This is a great hotel! The restaurant in the hotel is very nice and the chef is amazing and searched course meals, as well as à la carte options. The staff is super friendly and it is very easy to get a late checkout or early check-in.
