"Really nice hotel in an excellent location, just a few steps from multiple train lines, konbinis, restaurants, and shops. The room was comfortable, despite being small, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Would definitely return!"

"Room is very small, but has everything. The TV main screen provides helpful information. For the cafe downstairs, you need to buy vouchers first to enjoy a meal if you don't purchase with the room ahead of time. Convenient location, very easy to find. Hotel provides free umbrellas for guests to use. If you have 3 people in your group, better book 1 double and 1 single rooms. Single room was only $10 cheaper for us."

"It's a different type of hotel, but my family and I like it. Even though its under the monorail, yes you could hear it, but it didn't bother us at all. Maybe the only downfall is the bathroom, it is small. My 3 kids loved there own beds, very comfy they said. The hotel has a Cafe which is very nice and good food and obviously a good café. I do recommend and it is close to the train station and various restaurants and stores."

"The room was very clean and bigger than most Tokyo hotels since it's more like a small apartment. There's a washer/ dryer in the room and they supply soap for it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to lots of shops and food and just a few minute walk to either the Okachimachi station or the Ueno station and about 5-10 minute walk to Akihabara. They are also tattoo friendly. Would definitely stay again!"
