The location of the hotel is fantastic - very central and convenient for getting around. The only minor downside during our stay (5 nights) was the room cleanliness; we noticed the vacuuming seemed to have been missed or rushed, as there was visible debris on the floor.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay. I did extensive research before booking and have zero regrets. The staff was outstanding, and while the double suite rooms were a bit small, they were perfectly adequate for our family of five. The location is excellent.

Excellent location in Ginza, clean and thoughtfully designed room despite the small size, attentive customer service, and the washing machine in the room was incredibly convenient. We'd definitely like to stay again in the near future. Highly recommend.
