"Fantastic Hotel at a fantastic price!"
We arrived from San Diego, California into NAHA airport in the evening. We boarded the train into Tokyo with a little trepidation about finding the hotel. The directions on the hotel web site were perfect. The hotel shuttle picked us up right outside the train station and in no time we were in a lovely first class hotel having a snack at the pub. The rooms were beautiful! Everything you could ask for and more. After a long plane ride the room bathroom facilities were a wonderful treat. We enjoyed our pressed nightshirts, terry cloth robes and slippers and had a great night sleep. The breakfast buffet way exceeded our expectations. I recommend to buy it as a part of your booking. You will not be disappointed. Had a nice stroll in the beautiful attached gardens. The hotel is located in a very nice area near the university. Easy access to Transportation anywhere you want to go in Tokyo.

"Super close to the station, great value"
I speak very little Japanese but the staff were able to help me anyway. My room was booked at the very last minute but I still managed to get a good deal on the room. The hotel itself is literally right next to Shiomi Station on the JR Keiyo line (you can see it pulling in). The only negative thing about the whole experience was that I was put into a smoking room so I had to run down to the convenience store that was attached to the hotel and buy some Febreeze because the windows only open a crack. Again, I booked last minute so I can't really complain too much about that. The room is very small, but bigger than a capsule hotel, and again the size doesn't bother me. The shower was great, they provide full-size REAL bathroom amenities (not the little sample crap), toothbrushes, razors, everything. The bed has a panel on it so you don't have to get out of bed to turn the lights off, and there's an outlet for you to charge your phone. Probably my only complaint about the room besides the smoke smell was the pillows were very flat. My favorite part of the hotel was the public bath -- I'm used to going to the jimjilbang in Korea, so this was like coming home to me. Absolutely would recommed -- the only reason I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 is because of the smoking room, honestly.

"Wonderful hotel "
We had a great experience here, and the service was excellent. I forgot something at the hotel and they very graciously mailed it overnight to the next hotel we were staying at.

"Clean, convenient hotel at Haneda airport"
I stayed here twice during my stay in Japan--when I first arrived and just before departing. My flight arriving to Haneda landed just after 10:00 p.m., and my flight departing Haneda left just before midnight; therefore, my choice to stay here was based more on necessity. However, I was very pleased with my stay here. The staff is very helpful and speaks English well. My friend and I were also planning to fly in/out of Haneda to Sapporo in the middle of our trip and the hotel held our extra luggage for us. My friend also forgot her tablet when we checked out the first time, and we were happy that the hotel had found it and agreed to hold onto it until we were able to return there a few days later. The rooms were of average size for Japan (smaller than typical U.S. hotel rooms), but were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to stay here again on future trips.

"Small space; big value "
I stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed my visit here. It is a 5 minute walk and 5 minute bus ride to Shibuya Station; 10 minute walk to Roppongi and an 8 minute walk to Hiroo Station. So its not directly in the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to many transit options. There is a 7Eleven convenience store across the street and a Lamborghini dealer on the block so you know you are in a good safe area. However, the room space is a bit small. It is fine for one person of average Western build, but a tight squeeze for couples or larger people. Should be fine for someone who plans on mainly using the room to sleep and clean up. Comparable to a larger capsule hotel but with a private bathroom. Large TV and large window to open to let in fresh air if you have a smoking room. At 97 square feet, it can be a squeeze but, I prefer it to a hostel style place. I would recommend if you can get a good rate on the room.

"Comfortable with a great view of the Tokyo Skyline"
When I booked the vacation through Travelocity, I specified 2 adults and 2 children 9 years and 11 years. Usually the hotel would have 2 queen (or at least double) beds that could comfortably fit the four of us. When we checked into the hotel, the desk clerk looked at the 4 of us and asked, "Four???" We took a look at the room, and there was no way that even two kids would fit into one of their beds, let alone 2 adults or an adult and a child. There was also no space in the room for a cot. We ended up paying almost full rack rate for an extra room, which erased all savings we had making a booking through Travelocity.  Not the fault of the hotel, but Travelocity should have at least parameters that show that two 3-foot wide beds would not fit a family with 2 kids, even if they are under 12!! Big fail on the part of Travelocity. The hotel itself is wonderful - great location, comfortable, friendly service, and mostly English speaking staff. At booking, we opted for an upgraded corner room which has huge windows and a great view of the city. The second (expensive) room we got was tiny, had a tiny window, and cramped for two adults. The hotel is right next to the Shiodome subway station, and walking distance to the much larger Shimbashi station. Food is plentyful within 10mins walk, so we only ate breakfast the first morning at the hotel while orientating ourselves in Tokyo. As the Tsukiji Fish market is just 15 mins walk away, and breakfast there starts at 3am in the morning, jetlagged vacationers will find the Park Hotel Tokyo to be a great location to explore Tokyo from.

"Baggage for Limousine bus "
As for the baggage check-in for limousinebus, Hotel provides me in-accurate information that we can not checkIn those in advance. So that we can have options to leave all baggage at staying hotel or Conrad hotel where limousine bus leaves for enjoying last minute shopping/business meeting. Maybe it is a case for the package tour but not for individual tourists. It could be more convenient to receive precise information at hotel. What I did? I just re-confirmed with limousine counters of Conrad hotel and enjoyed last day schedule not bothered by big baggages. No harm but it could be better... That is why I rated 4 but not full....
