Hotel facilities and staff were excellent. The staff went above and beyond to help make special arrangements prior to my arrival for a surprise engagement. The spectacular view combined with the comfort of our room made it difficult to leave and explore Tokyo.

The room was excellent and room features were great. LOVED the centrality of this hotel and access to multiple rail lines. Quiet hotel. Breakfast was very good, options were wide but the western options for sides were rather limited. Not a deal breaker and still plenty of food and selection choices. Staff was fantastic.
