"This hotel is extremely convenient to walking around Shinjuku. You can walk to a lot of things, but it’s on a very sketchy street. My 17-year-old daughter and I were confronted by some drunk locals on the street and put in a very bad situation. When we approached the hotel staff and ask them to do something about it they refused. They refused to get involved and even when we did our best to offer translation just really didn’t care at all. For the price it’s not worth it, our Airbnbs for the beginning of that trip were as convenient and the hosts were very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers from the United States."

"Hotel is centrally located to all the major attractions. Rooms are a little on the small side but that is typical for hotels in Japan. I wish they had more laundry machines because there were only two machines to serve 12 floors. Otherwise, the amenities were great."
