I have NEVER experienced service like this. Japanese service is incredible. An example: I didn’t have enough hangers in my closet for my clothes. I didn’t mention this to anyone. When I returned from shopping, there were 10 more hangers in the closet. Attention to detail and incredible service!

This hotel is ideal as it is close to two metro/subway stations. It is very walkable to other areas (I walked to Omotesando from the hotel and it took under 30mins).
