Rooms were OK. One of the night staff exhibited very discriminatory actions towards us. He forced us to keep moving our luggages even though he wouldn't let us move the luggage scale to a nearby area of the lobby. How could we weight our luggages if he wanted us to keep our luggages in one place and he wouldn't allow us near the scale? He also talked behind our backs, accused us of taking luggage scale without his permission even though we already politely asked and received permission from a gentleman staff right next to him.

Not suitable for families. We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children with buffet breakfast and were given two single beds and told that the children had to pay extra for breakfast even though my booking said breakfast was included. 2 pillows for 4 people. The worst sleep of my life.

Great stay in Akasaka. Perched on a small hill in a quiet neighborhood. Easy and nicely landscaped walk to stores and restaurants. Clean rooms, and well maintained older hotel. Breakfast buffet was good with some varied dishes. Service was excellent with English spoken. Elevator from outside Akasaka Station Exit 3 can save lugging bags up the hill. Highly recommend.

This hotel was very clean and enjoyable. They have a breakfast facility but the best surprise we had were the night snacks that they served every night (yes they were included in the stays). The hotel is located on a hill from the subway. Make sure to find the elevator that is close by, or else it might be a long walk with luggages.

Definitely got that you paid for. The stay were accommodating towards english speakers and the hotel was clean. It is a very quiet area but If you are looking to be more in the city I would suggest looking for another hotel.

It was a really good stay, with amenities you may need. Family mart, 7 eleven and Akasaka station with Harry Potter decoration was awesome! Breakfast ok. It will be good if they vary a little bit. Beds and pillow really tough, but ok.

I stayed at the B Akasaka for an entire week. It was a really wonderful place to call home. The staff is incredibly friendly and the hotel is in a very quiet part of town. It is easy walking distance to trains and convenience stores. There is a hill ... but it's easily manageable. The bed is a bit hard would be my only complaint, but that's typical for Japanese hotels. I would definitely stay here again. For the price it was just what I needed. Oh! And the breakfast is A+, much better than hotel breakfast I've found in other places.

Staff was english-speaking for the most part, and helpful with menial tasks. Accommodations could have been better, the mattress feels like cardboard and the pillows are like rocks. Bathrooms are small and the only thing it had going for it was the toilet. Not recommended for more than one traveler per room.

This hotel provides a 5 star breakfast that makes up for areas where hotel does not meet excellent standards . Room size was small . Lightning in room could be much brighter. Adding a full length body mirror in rooms would be nice. The room and hotel seemed very clean and was located in a very nice area with lots to do and restaurants near by . I would visit again for the breakfast. Lobby offered complimentary expresso , cappuccino, water , snack in lobby 24hrs which was great . Washing machine and dryer available for guest . Checking in was seamless . Very pleasant staff .
