Great hotel all around. I would highly highly recommend staying here. I would have stayed my whole time here but I decided to extend my stay late and the rooms were book which makes sense. Spotless rooms and very friendly staff, this hotel is on the older side but very well maintained. It shows a lot of class with the decor and the way guests are treated. The family room with 2 twin beds and extra single bed is great for our party of 3 adults 1 kid. The laundry service on the 4th floor is also very convenient, can get a little crowded at times. We see a lot of western travelers staying here, including other families with young kids. Breakfast can be improved, the selection is pretty good but none of the food items are very memorable or impressive, as compared to some other Japanese hotel’s breakfast service.

Nice hotel on a quiet street with great views of Tokyo Tower. Easy access to both a subway and a JR train station. We didn't have the breakfast included in our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the filtered water and the amenities (such as bath salts). Everything was clean and was exactly what we expected from the photos.

Best hotel in the area. Have been coming back to this place for a few years, and still the best. Great size and clean rooms. The staff are excellent here.
