The hotel was in a good location: within walking distance to numerous hotels, shopping, and transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great and an abundance of amenities and toiletries! The room was extremely small- it fit three people with a king bed and sofa bed, but there was no room to move about the room or even to put luggage. It was very tight. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable but it acted as our bed, luggage rack, and night stand. The bathroom did its job. It was tight for m husband and son who are both 6 feet tall. It was perfect for me because I’m short. I probably would not select this hotel again because of the room size. Just because three people can fit doesn’t mean they should. If the rooms are all the size of the one we got I would highly suggest just getting two rooms instead.

Seedy area. Didnt realize there were "working girls" all around at night. Not to mention the men heading into the bathhouse..the bathroom smelled musty and everything seemed sticky and smelled like cigarettes

Staff was so friendly and nice. Rooms were very small but it was expected as we were in Japan. Room was always so clean and staff was always on stand by to help with any issues. They help us with setting up our luggages to transport to the airport as we were heading to Osaka and returning the next few days. There’s a washing machine that’s easily accessible in case you need to do laundry. Overall great experience. Shop was nearby and subway was just a 5 min walk!

It was excellant! Location was great walking steps to everything, train close by. Rooms had all you need quiet and comfort. Staff was always friendly and breakfast was worth the money.

The 1st impression which you can experience is a typical 3star hotel until you are greeted by hotel staff. From the 1st encounter you are treated like a king. I will definitely stay in this hotel while next time in Tokyo

Centurion’s location is it’s most standout feature - easy to get to and from. The Front Office staff are so nice and helpful. Special thanks to “JO” (afternoon/evening shift) who helped us with our misplaced passports. What a relief! Would not hesitate to recommend!
