All of the hotel staff that I encounter were extremely polite. I loved the check in goodies (free water, popcorn, and warm cookies). The view from my room on the 44th floor was gorgeous (looking over a body of water. Great proximity to we’ll know NY landmarks. I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel experience."
