"Rooms were minimal but to be expected in Manhattan. Cleanliness was lacking in the rooms. There was a small fire on the pool deck and fire extinguisher discharge everywhere. The main bar was subject to a sewer backup and subsequent smell. The food in the restaurant (breakfast) was not great quality. Overall, it was a disappointment. Not worth the cost. Location was excellent."
