"Stayed in a 2 bedroom first 3 nights then moved to a 1 bedroom with balcony for 2 nights. Both rooms were clean but furniture was worn, torn and couch in 1 room had disgusting stains. In the 2 bedroom we did use a rollaway also which was the most uncomfortable rollaway I’ve ever slept on by far. For the most part the staff was very nice! Really liked the housekeeper Ana, the front desk check-in ; even though had small mishaps and the restaurant staff were all incredibly friendly but my call with the concierge on the first day of my check-in was beyond rude. I can easily say that I will not be staying here again!"

"The suite was spacious and pleasantly decorated. Functionally, it was lacking. There weren't enough hooks or bars to hang a used towel. I would prefer reusing towels because of the expense and environmental impact of laundering towels after one use. I would have preferred more space to place toiletries in the smaller bathroom. The smaller bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly. This was brought to the attention of the staff at the time of check out. Lastly, the TV offerings were not of interest and quite lacking. There was no ability to access my Netflix account or HBO."
