"We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. We found out less than 48 hours before that the pool would be closed for cleaning. This meant we couldn’t get a refund and book somewhere else with a pool. The rooftop bar was also closed. There was not much else to do around the hotel that was in walking distance especially in the heat. Overall, very disappointed with this hotel especially when they continued to hype of the pool days before our stay only to suddenly say it was being deep cleaned. "

"Great location between Scottsdale and Tempe. That's about the only good thing I can remember. The price was very high for what we received. They had no live TV, only apps that wanted you to pay to access. We also left a Beauty Rest pillow in our room. We called and spoke with a manager who said he'd get back to us. No reply. So the second day we texted the other manager and was told they'd get back to us. Text messages the following day did little to locate the pillow (an expensive Beauty Rest)."

"Honestly, it is a great spot to stay. It is in the center of everything so you can easily walk for food, drinks, clubs. The amenities are top tier. I only gave 4 stars due to having trouble connecting to the wifi (I had some work to do). Everything else was great"
