"Upon arrival, had to check in from outside through a window (on a chilly, winding night), parking area was gated so key was needed to enter parking. Asked for non-smoking room, smelled like an ashtray. Bathtub was stained and missing much of it's finish. No hair dryer. Lots of empty rooms available but overnight guests were all in same area. Stayed on 1st floor, guests above us were apparently up all night, their floor/our ceiling creaked and snapped all night long. There were 2 in our room, only 1 key provided. Insufficient towels/washcloths. Not the dirtiest room we've stayed in, but not clinically clean as would be expected during Covid 19 outbreak. Upon leaving, receipt provided had someone else's credit card attached to billing. "
