"Beautiful location looking at Piestewa Peak right near the Biltmore district and super easy Hwy 51 access. Home was large with all the kitchen items you would need. Two large beds were firm. Pool was great and had a view of the peak too. It was fun to watch night hikers come down the mountain. Owner was very very responsive to some issues that arose and got taken care of. The biggest downside is that the furniture is not comfortable at all. The green couches are broken down. And the outside furniture around the fire pit felt like it was going to break. If this place had more comfortable lounge furniture it would go a long way."

"The property is lovely. The staff are fantastic. I had a medical emergency and they helped me deal with that so I would say the staff at that particular location are really on the ball. They have everything covered as far as I could see. Anybody staying there would be in good hands at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Phoenix Biltmore location. Plus the area has a lot to offer. Lovely stay"

"When I got there the desk clerk was real friendly told me about breakfast the cookies made daily and coffee and tea available, I enjoyed hot tea. They had a map of the local eateries around and they were walking distance. Staff for breakfast was nice kept everything filled. I like how this place was in its cubbyhole surrounded by buildings."

"Clean room, helpful kind staff, pool area under construction for new additions, though we enjoyed the lazy River 2 days. It’s not upscale, good family resort though. Enjoyed good drinks and nachos at pool. "

"The AZB has a very beautiful property with all the amenities you could ask for during your stay, even with stunning mountain views. Renatas restaurant offers delicious food and cocktails. The Cup and Cone Market has wonderful grab-and-go items; the overnight oats are very tasty. The staff is amazing and very friendly. You must check out AZB for yourself and experience the great stay. "
