The photo of the lobby was not this property. It smelled, was dirty, lobby was messy and dirty, needed repairs. People wandered the halls - many in their pajamas, could hear large groups in a single room as we walked down long dark corridor to the room. The room smelled, the furniture and kitchen cabinet were damaged, and the window was broken. We could not stay there.

The hotel room was filthy and disgusting. We did not feel comfortable or safe here as there did not seem to be very many security measures. The entire building smelled like cigarettes even though is was non smoking. I do not recommend this hotel and we will not be staying here again.

The area was fine. The downside was there was a lot of undesirable people staying in the hotel as well. As soon as we got there. My daughter and I were standing at the door waiting for my husband as she forgot her mask. A man that appeared to be on drugs approuched us and asked if we had our key card to get in? The lobby doors are locked @10p. It was 3. The parking isn't great. The room was fine. Although no coffee maker or dishes/utensils and our tv didn't work. The gal that worked there eventually fixed our tv and brought us some forks.

When traveling we always stay @ Extended Stay hotels unfortunately Overall experience at property was okay . Front desk area had a very over powering smell of cigarette smoke. Room was clean. But, bathroom toilet tank had previous guest feces still on toilet. No housekeeper came to clean room. No ice machine. Had trouble with key card. Completely coffee station . Looked nothing like pictures on site. Staff was very helpful and courteous. 😊
