This was an extremely unpleasant night’s stay. The building directly across the street from the hotel was producing a continuous low, rumbling noise throughout the entire night, likely from some kind of equipment. The sound was constant and very uncomfortable, making it impossible to rest properly. It was truly a terrible night.

Stayed here many times before and loved it. Very poor experience this time. Had a last minute family issue prevent us from staying. Hotel was called and asked if they would make an exception to the cancellation rule. They declined and we lost almost $300 that we prepaid for the room. Flexibility in policies goes a long way to maintain long term customers.
