Great place. My only two suggestions are to have the hotel and restaurant services setup together. I would like to have billed my drinks and food to my room. Two, we need more places to hang towels in the units.

The grounds were beautiful and staff pleasant. However , they really need to work on the hot water. All the rooms require you to run the water for over 10 minutes before it is tolerable to take a shower. When I complained the only answer was “ we have hot water on demand.” I would think this makes zero sense wasting water in Arizona. This was the situation for 3 different rooms in 2 different sections.

The room was very nice and the pool was enjoyable as well. We liked being on a golf course. Thinly confusion was the golf coarse is not part of the resort but they work hand in hand.

Our first couple nights there we had cockroaches , it was something we overlooked until in the first 3 days we had more , the guest service changed us rooms when it was brought up and gave us a 25$ voucher . When we got the new room . We had no bedding or dish soap and found a previous guests glasses and garbage in the room aswell as we found more cockroaches on one of our last nights . Good course was in immaculate shape but rest of stay wasn’t ideal for a 10 day vacation

Room was ok, but the shower had a lot of mold in it. The vanity sink was not cleaned when we got there. We had to run the shower for literally 15-20 minutes for the shower to warm as instructed by staff. We were informed on our 3rd day that house keeping was not included in our package. Booking through Expedia was a miserable experience for too many reasons to list.
