Many very bad things here, and I don’t even send cold food back at a diner. Running water is loaded with salts, undrinkable. I was very sick yet front desk refused to let me buy water - only bringing 4 bottles at a time. Confusing signs / missing my suite number in a very dangerous cliffside property. Tub drain sliced my finger. Single line to front desk, rings forever or is busy. Beautiful place, hazardous to your health.

No hot water is not good. And the solution was to remove the "resort fee" and a coupke free drink tickets, which the server argued with us about.

Foggy pool

Enjoyed the stay. Wouldn’t recommend a weekend for the pool though. Pool was dirty, too many people there.

Had to call maintenance twice the first night. The AC condensation was leaking which is fine but there was a screw missing in the pan where the water was coming out of. The first guy vacuumed the pan out but did not put a screw in. The 2nd guy shoved a towel up in the pan. The couch in one of the rooms had a big stain on it, It was just gross.

Good food and service for a quick visit

The food was delicious however the bed wasn’t comfortable. Both my husband and I had back pain and tossed and turned throughout the night.
