Great location near the airport (and rental car return), comfortable room, and free drinks and food during Happy Hour, with an opportunity to buy more substantial food or drinks if you wish. A simple but good hot breakfast buffet in the morning. No complaints at all.

Stayed one night for a layover in Phoenix. Convenient airport shuttle. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not eat dinner there but the free happy hour buffet looked really good. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. Nice to have the option for a free dinner and breakfast since there did not seem to any restaurants nearby.

This location's customer service is excellent. This location really feels like family. Their lobby is so warm and inviting yet so airy and light; it's not just used as a waiting area people really seem to relax and enjoy it. Everything about this location is fantastic my only hesitation is that the sheets make me a bit itchy. The overhead music is kind of droning and sad and that might need a little attention but that's just my opinion.
