Such a great stay. We ended up having to leave our previously planned hotel due to safety reason and booked this one very last minute (about 5 minutes notice). The staff was fantastic, we felt very safe, and had a great stay.

Every single thing about this hotel was phenomenal. I didn’t want to leave. The breakfast was delicious. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was spotless. I booked a room with 3 beds (2 Queens and a pull out sofa) I even paid extra to have that specific room type. When I checked in, I was told that they had no rooms available with what I booked. The room they had to put me in had only 2 Queen beds. I checked in around 4pm so it wasn’t because I got to the hotel late. I wasn’t offered any compensation and paid for a room I didn’t even get. Very frustrating and disappointing. Definitely won’t be back.

This hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was great. I did find a few hairs on my towels. We were told the room is cleaned every other day but I had to call the front desk every time I needed the room clean. On the day we left we had 3 sets of dirty towels on the bathroom floor. My biggest complaint is cleanliness & a good cleaning schedule.
