"I booked this hotel mainly because of the pool and hot tub, but both were a big disappointment. The hot tub jets weren’t working and both the hot tub and pool were dirty. When I asked the receptionist about it, the response I got was simply “I don’t know,” with no attempt to fix the issue. The cleanliness throughout the property was poor. The hallway had a bad smell, the elevator was dirty, and even the door leading to our hallway was filthy. The continental breakfast was also not good — the fruit seemed spoiled and the toaster was very dirty. At checkout, there was no acknowledgment of these issues and no effort to make it right. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."

"This house is so functional especially for multiple families staying together. House is well maintained and clean! So many activities to keep you busy. Great location close to Costco and other stores and great restaurants. The outdoor living space was very comfortable, lots of chairs and space to gather. Definitely will stay again!"

"We had a group of 24 adults and there was plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The large kitchen and dining spaces inside and out, were incredible. There wasn’t a kitchen item we could come up with that could be added, it had absolutely everything we wanted. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The outdoor space was a show stopper and where we enjoyed lots of great pool time relaxing on the rafts available. Everyone voted to come back again asap! Thank you Doug and Kelli for great communication and to Paul for making check-in and house orientation a breeze!"
