"The staff was actually really decent when our room keys had to be rebooted each day. They also brought us a fridge because the ice machine was out of order. The room had laminate flooring which was all tore up. I caught it with my boots multiple times and almost broke my neck. The shower curtain was about 3” too short, so after every shower the floor in the bathroom was soaked. The walls need to be stripped and repainted. There is what appears to be rust on the walls (assuming it’s water damage). The door lock handle worked about 30% of the time. Had to reswipe the card at least four times each time we left the room. The manager did say they were remodeling, so hopefully that’s the reason why everything was so outdated and worn."

"Love this resort! It’s beautiful with great amenities (multiple pools, golf). Unfortunately we had an issue with one of two rooms, which couldn’t be immediately repaired.. but they were fair in offering a discount. Will definitely stay again"

"The hotel was great. The only problem was the shower had no hot water. We had to take cold showers."

"The amenities were great. When we checked in and tried to use our room shower it did not drain at all, The shampoo bottle was not attached to the wall (no big deal), and the door you had to push incredibly hard to get in. We notified staff about the shower but it was not fixed during our stay. "

"No the room was very dirty and dusty. The sheets were old n dirty. Top comforter was very dirty. It was disgusting."
