The hotel has a very pleasant environment and is very quiet at night, so my sleep was not disturbed. The facilities are well equipped, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was really beautiful.

Not worth the price — disappointing experience overall. The resort’s design was attractive, and the environment was pleasant for walking around. However, the service and cleanliness were far below expectations for a five-star property. Upon arrival, we were told we would receive a welcome drink, but none was ever offered. The check-in process was confusing, and when we asked the bellman to assist with our luggage, he said he would meet us at our room but never showed up. We ended up driving around twice trying to locate our room on our own. When we finally arrived, there were two large garbage bags placed right in front of the door. We had to call reception to have someone remove the garbage and help with our luggage. The room cleaning was also very poor. We travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels, but in this case, the housekeeping staff only made the bed—the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Overall, this property does not live up to its five-star rating and is not worth the price. The first bellman we encountered was not welcoming, though the bellman who assisted us during checkout was very kind and professional.

We had an excellent stay at the Andaz Scottsdale. The entire property is beautiful and clean. The pool has good service. We just would’ve preferred more food options on the property ie taco truck, burgers etc.
